Our residence features five bedrooms, each with King-size beds. It is beautifully decorated with pieces from around the world. Set on an 850 m² (9,149.3 sq²) lot, its construction was completed in November 2023. It offers 610.95 m² (6,576.2 sq²) of living space, plus 57.04 m² (613.97 sq²) of terraces and sun decks. Ideal for families, since it includes wading pool for kids next to the private pool.

It is recommended to fly into Puerto Vallarta and then transfer to the Litibú complex.
Upon making your reservation, transportation availability (airport - house / house - airport) for guests will be confirmed at no additional cost. Subject to availability.
Just a 0.1 miles walk from the residences, you have direct access to a beautiful, pristine beach free of plastics, allowing for a true connection with nature.
The complex is located 24.2 miles from Puerto Vallarta International Airport and just 1.2 miles from Punta de Mita, a renowned international destination with high-end restaurants and boutiques. From here, boats depart for visits to the stunning Marietas Islands and humpback whale watching, not to mention the beautiful panoramic views from Cerro del Mono for those who enjoy hiking.
Additionally, it is located 6.2 miles from the magical town of Sayulita, known for its deep Mexican roots, including the constant presence of Huichol indigenous people. Due to the level of the site and its proximity to Litibú, several premium international hotels are nearby, such as Four Seasons, St. Regis, Mandarina One & Only, W, and Susurros del Corazón.
Finally, in Punta de Mita, there is a hospital with bilingual staff, considered the best in the country for providing first aid and with the capability to transfer patients in emergency cases by helicopter to Guadalajara if needed.

Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.

No security deposit is due.
Notes
- Upon arrival, it will be necessary to provide a legible copy of the official identification of the person who will be using and held responsible for the house.
- All reservations are subject to a deposit, which will be refunded upon checkout, provided no damage beyond normal wear and tear has occurred.
- No pets allowed
- Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.
- A 3% discount will be applied if payment is made via bank transfer.

Incredible stay with friends.
I stayed at Naisari with a group of friends from Salt Lake City and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house is brand new, clean, with everything that you need. It's perfectly located near the beach in a golf course. We spent our days golfing, surfing, and relaxing in the pool. There are delicious restaurants for dinner nearby in Punta de Mita. Highly recommend, can't wait to come back!
Beautiful, peaceful, perfect for families!
We had an amazing stay at Naisari. The house was clean, stylish and great for our family, including our young kid with physical disability because it is wheelchair accessible. It was peaceful, safe, just steps from the beach and in front of the golf course. Everything felt easy and relaxing. We made wonderful memories and can't wait to come back.
