Beautifully decorated in contemporary Mexican style, with several national award-winning pieces. This is the perfect accommodation for families with children, as it includes a room with bunk beds and a beautiful wading pool for kids. The house is surrounded by green spaces ideal for children to play freely. Its construction was completed in 2018 and has just been renovated with multiple upgrades.

It is recommended to fly into Puerto Vallarta and then transfer to the Litibú complex.
Upon making your reservation, transportation availability (airport - house / house - airport) for guests will be confirmed at no additional cost. Subject to availability.
Just a 0.1 miles walk from the residences, you have direct access to a beautiful, pristine beach free of plastics, allowing for a true connection with nature. The complex is located 24.2 miles from Puerto Vallarta International Airport and just 1.2 miles from Punta de Mita, a renowned international destination with high-end restaurants and boutiques. From here, boats depart for visits to the stunning Marietas Islands and humpback whale watching, not to mention the beautiful panoramic views from Cerro del Mono for those who enjoy hiking.
Additionally, it is located 6.2 miles from the magical town of Sayulita, known for its deep Mexican roots, including the constant presence of Huichol indigenous people. Due to the level of the site and its proximity to Litibú, several premium international hotels are nearby, such as Four Seasons, St. Regis, Mandarina One & Only, W, and Susurros del Corazón.
Finally, in Punta de Mita, there is a hospital with bilingual staff, considered the best in the country for providing first aid and with the capability to transfer patients in emergency cases by helicopter to Guadalajara if needed.

- Upon arrival, it will be necessary to provide a legible copy of the official identification of the person who will be using and held responsible for the house.
- All reservations are subject to a deposit, which will be refunded upon checkout, provided no damage beyond normal wear and tear has occurred.

- Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.
- A 3% discount will be applied if payment is made via bank transfer.

CASA 16, NATURALEZ Y FAMILIA
Es una excelente casa, por donde la veas tiene un detalle particular, lo cual refleja el cariño que le pusieron. Ideal para pasar en familia, situado en un lugar de mucha naturaleza lo cual te trae tranquilidad y paz (donde uno quisiera vivir de por vida). Excelentes anfitriones, el personal muy amable y atentos a todo lo que necesitáramos.

Estuve en marzo con toda mi familia incluyendo los nietos, todas las habitaciones están perfectamente moradas para que tengas toda la comodidad, en esa ocasión la señora que nos cocinó y atendió estuvo muy bien y muy atenta, todo el servicio nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitábamos, está muy bien ubicada para disfrutar punta mita
